This month we are featuring Bruce Montcombroux, an artist, writer and instructor with Art & Art History at the University of Saskatchewan. Through a vocabulary of sculpture, installation and drawing, Montcombroux engages in what has been described as a kind of speculative fiction, desolate environments populated by dismantled airplanes, strange machines and inventions.

Montcombroux has shown with Headbones Gallery in Toronto, is currently a part of a Forest City Gallery exhibition with Toni Hafkenscheid and Todd Tremeer, and has an upcoming fall exhibition at Kenderdine Gallery.
